This means KWHotel Cloud Channel Manager automatically sends prices and availability and receives reservations without delays. This is the most complete form of integration, eliminating the need for manual data management in different systems.

If you're already using another channel manager (e.g., YieldPlanet or Hotres), KWHotel Cloud Channel Manager can act as an intermediary, sending data to your current system. This is an option for hotels that want to integrate their systems but don't want to give up their current channel manager.

iCal is a simpler form of synchronization that works well for portals that don't support full integration (e.g., Slowhop, Tui, you can also connect your own system). The system is based on reservation calendars, where KWHotel Cloud Channel Manager sends availability but doesn't automatically synchronize prices and full reservation details.

NOTE iCal doesn't support immediate availability updates – changes may appear with a delay, depending on the portal.
